About UrologyMaryland
UrologyMaryland lists the practicing urologists in Maryland found in federal Medicare records, county by county, so patients anywhere in the state can find care close to home and see what other patients thought of it.
It is run by urologists. We built it because we think patients should hear about modern, minimally invasive treatments before they choose a doctor, and should be able to find the urologists other patients rate highest. Our treatment guides explain the options in order of invasiveness, and our listings let practices show which of those treatments they offer.
Ownership and disclosure
UrologyMaryland is published by Advanced 23 LLC, which is owned by David Shusterman, MD, a board-certified urologist in New York who medically reviews our guides.
- Dr. Shusterman does not practice in Maryland, and none of the physicians listed here is affiliated with us.
- This site does not refer Maryland patients to Dr. Shusterman's practice.
- We don't edit, reorder or remove reviews to favor or disfavor any doctor. See our review policy.
How we make money
Listings are free and always will be. The site may carry clearly labeled advertising and sponsored placements, for example a practice featured at the top of its county page. Sponsored placements are always marked "Sponsored." Payment never affects star ratings, which reviews are published, or the order of the regular listings. Manufacturers of drugs or devices may sponsor educational pages. Any such sponsorship is labeled, and sponsors have no say over our medical content. Advertising policy.
